Some images of yesterday’s interfacility transfer conducted by the Western Cape Department of Health & Wellness EMS/AMS emergency fixed-wing aircraft. On the outgoing flight patients from Groote Schuur Hospital were transferred back to George Regional Hospital for further treatment at their district hospitals. Three patients were transferred from George Regional Hospital to Groote Schuur Hospital for specialist medical treatment.
