29 January 2020: Sadly another life lost this morning at the Voëlklip viewpoint near Herold’s Bay. The Oudtshoorn Western Cape Department of Health EMS/AMS aero-medical rescue crew earlier recovered the body of a male patient after his vehicle plunged down the cliff.
