16 April 2025 – We had the privilege of hosting a collaborative event on the 10th of April 2025 in KwaZulu-Natal focused on advancing rural healthcare and driving equity where it is needed most.
In collaboration with the Bertha Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, the event focused on strengthening rural health systems. 🗣️ “This event created a vital space for all stakeholders to come together in a spirit of constructive engagement – with one clear objective: that the people must benefit.” -Prof. Kovin Naidoo, Keynote Speaker
The discussions, collaborations and shared commitment were nothing short of inspiring. The event marks a meaningful step in shaping the future of rural healthcare in the province, with actionable steps emerging to foster deeper collaboration and innovation.
Thank you to everyone who joined us on this journey and contributed their voices, insights, and energy to this important conversation. A special thank you to our keynote speaker, Prof. Kovin Naidoo, and our panellists, Dr Nombuso Mathe and Mr Afzal Khan, as well as our moderator, Ms Katusha de Villiers.
Let’s continue building a healthier, more equitable future together!
