01 October 2024 – Look at these breathtaking photos of the snowcapped Matroosberg mountains taken this morning while the Western Cape Department of Health & Wellness EMS/AMS rescue helicopter conducted high-site maintenance.
High-site maintenance is conducted by Metro radio personnel to ensure that communication channels amongst Metro emergency response services are clear and unobstructed. Maintaining these repeater radios is important in ensuring emergencies are responded to without delays.
