Mercy Wing 5 dispatched to a MVA

25 October 2024 – Earlier today Mercy Wing 5, our dedicated emergency helicopter base in KwaZulu-Natal was activated by @ALS Paramedics Medical Services for a motor vehicle accident (MVA) near Pietermaritzburg.  The patient was airlifted in critical condition to Al-Kadi Hospital for urgent medical treatment. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved.
